Abstract

This paper explains that DNA and the genetic code instantiate the same tetrad-cycle architectural family developed in the companion resonant-engine and Solar-System papers. At molecular scale, the paper assigns the four nucleotide families and genetic-code structure to a four-role architecture specified by Energetic First Principles (E1P). It presents DNA as a coherence-gradient system in which base chemistry, pairing, codon organization, chromatin structure, mutation dynamics, and phase-sensitive regulatory effects can be read through a common architectural vocabulary. The paper develops the molecular case for the Resonant Systems Program and provides falsifiable predictions involving mutation gradients, codon usage, phase-family preservation, G-quadruplex and i-motif behavior, chromatin organization, and liquid-liquid phase separation. This paper is Paper III of the first Resonant Systems program.
